Reporting to the General Manager, this position leads Treble Cone’s Food and Beverage team. And overseas the food and beverage offering and dining experience at Treble Cone.
You will be responsible for the successful opening of all on mountain venues, inclusive of menu design, supplier management, recruitment, overall training and development & budgeting.
You will work with all Department Managers and the operations teams to support, monitor and drive customer satisfaction to maximise revenue generation.
You will execute strategy developed by the Senior Leadership team to achieve continuing expansion and focus on operational excellence
The position provides the opportunity to implement processes and policies to ensure they remain fresh, modern and provide a fantastic experience for all customers and staff.
